Our intake team considers what you have told us against each practitioner's clinical experience, then recommends the one suited to it. Our team is small, so this is a considered decision.
You speak with your practitioner live, face to face, over an encrypted video call. Sessions run from home or anywhere private.

You meet your practitioner live over video at your booked time. A link is emailed to you beforehand, so you open it and join. It works on a phone, tablet or computer. You need a camera, a microphone, an internet connection and somewhere private to sit.
You can book with a counsellor or psychotherapist directly. If you want to claim a Medicare rebate for sessions with a psychologist, your GP first assesses you and prepares a Mental Health Treatment Plan. Your GP stays part of your care either way, and we are happy to talk to them about the telehealth process.
Yes. If you have a current plan with sessions left on it, tell us when you enquire and we will confirm the details so your Medicare claim is set up correctly.

Yes. Sessions run on an encrypted platform and your information is handled under Australian privacy law and professional ethical standards. Information is only shared with your consent, apart from rare situations where there is a risk of harm. Your practitioner will explain this in your first session.
Our psychologists work across children, teens, adults and older adults, depending on the practitioner. Sessions are available anywhere in Australia, including regional and remote areas. Tell us your situation and we will match you accordingly.
